摘　　要：大空间建材商场是现代生活的常见建筑物,建筑消防疏散设计是难点及重点。通过实际工程案例,探讨消防疏散宽度、疏散距离、不同空间人员密度界定等涉及建筑消防的问题,介绍了设计成果中采取的双拼剪刀楼梯、避难走道等方案的可行性,探讨了新旧防火规范的不同点。Large-space material emporium is a common building in modern life,and The fire evacuation design of building is the key and difficult point.This article analysed the evacuation width,evacuation distance,different space of the definition of the density of personnel involved in building fire problems through a practical project,and introduced the feasibility of the methods of double scissors stairs and refuge walkways in the design.Finally,The differences between old and new fire protection codes are discussed.
