摘  要:随着民航强国建设的不断推进,构建“四强空管”的要求正逐步落实,民航空管系统基础台站建设和设备运维为当前重要环节和重要任务。民航空管系统所需的电能质量越发严格,而零地电压的问题最容易在建设及运维中忽视。通过对零地电压产生原理、危害及治理等内容分析,提出防治民航空管系统设施设备运行零地电压的方法。With the continuous advancement of the construction of a powerful civil aviation country,the requirements for building the“four strong air traffi c control”are gradually being implemented.The construction of basic stations and equipment operation and maintenance of the civil aviation control system are currently important links and important tasks.The power quality required by the civil aviation management system is becoming stricter,and the problem of zero-ground voltage is most easily overlooked in construction and operation and maintenance.Through the analysis of the principle,hazards and treatment of the zero-ground voltage,the method to prevent and control the operation of the civil aviation management system facilities and equipment from the zero-ground voltage is proposed.
