摘  要:对涤纶短纤维的干热收缩率检测能够准确评估涤纶的尺寸稳定性以及染色能力,目前尚未形成详细、严格的检测操作规范,检测结果的影响因素较多。文章详细分析了干热收缩率检测结果的影响因素,以期通过在检测过程中加强控制,最大限度地规避操作对干热收缩率检测结果的影响,减少误差,提高检测结果的准确性。The dry heat shrinkage rate of polyester short fiber can accurately evaluate the dimensional stability and dyeing ability of polyester fiber.At present,no detailed and strict test operation standard has been formed,and there are many factors affecting the test results.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of dry heat shrinkage rate detection in detail,in order to avoid the influence of operation on dry heat shrinkage rate detection results,reduce errors and improve the accuracy of the test results by strengthening control in the detection process.
