摘  要:为了开发真正环保的用即弃湿巾材料,以木浆/黏胶为原料,利用湿法成网水刺加固工艺制备面密度为50 g/m^2的非织造材料,并研究木浆/黏胶配比、黏胶纤维长度、水刺道数对材料的可冲散性、吸水性、柔软度、机械性能的影响。研究结果显示,当黏胶纤维长度为12 m、木浆质量分数为75%、水刺道数为4道时,材料先分散。随着木浆纤维比例的增大,湿法成网产品的湿态强力呈下降趋势,手感变差,综合性能降低。In order to develop a true eco-friendly disposable wet wipe materials,nonwoven materials with an areal density of 50g/m2 were prepared by wet netting and spunlaced reinforcement by using wood pulp and viscose fiber as raw materials.The flushability,water absorption,softness,and mechanical properties of nonwovens were studied under the influence of the ratio of viscose,the length of viscose fiber and the number of spunlace channels.The results show that when the length of viscose fiber is 12 mm,the mass fraction of wood pulp is 75%,and the number of spunlace channels is 4,the material is dispersed first.As the proportion of wood pulp fibers increases,the wet strength of wet-laid web products tends to decrease,the hand feel becomes worse,and the overall performance decreases.
