摘 要:将CFD-DEM耦合方法应用于工业规模的负压气力输送系统设计中,对气力卸船机在150 t/h产量下的水平管道输送玉米物料进行仿真分析。耦合过程中CFD负责连续流体相的流动分析和曳力计算,DEM负责离散颗粒相的受力分析和运动轨迹计算。计算过程充分考虑颗粒体积分数对流体的影响。通过对比不同直径的水平管道在相同空气流量和物料流量下的颗粒流动形态和压力损失,发现颗粒在不同直径管道内表现出不同的流动形态。压力损失在管道直径为320 mm时最小,此时的管道直径正好为保持管底流动形态的最大管道直径。The CFD-DEM coupling method is applied to the design of industrial-scale negative pressure pneumatic conveying system,and the simulation analysis of the horizontal pipeline conveyance of corn materials by the pneumatic ship unloader under the output of 150 t/h is performed.In the coupling process,CFD is responsible for the flow analysis and drag calculation of the continuous fluid phase,and DEM is responsible for the force analysis and motion trajectory calculation of the discrete particle phase.The calculation process fully considers the influence of particle volume fraction on fluid.By comparing the particle flow pattern and pressure loss of horizontal pipes with different diameters under the same air flow and material flow rate,it is found that the particles show different flow patterns in different diameter pipes.The pressure loss is the smallest when the pipe diameter is 320 mm,and the pipe diameter at this time is exactly the maximum pipe diameter that maintains the flow pattern at the bottom of the pipe.
