摘 要:选择性测试阀(STV)在高压油气井测试时,易出现球阀不能正常锁定的问题;而在低压油气井测试时,球阀经常关闭不严。从选择性测试阀的结构,以及正常开启和锁定操作的工作原理出发,结合选择性测试阀在低压和高压两类油气井测试的应用实例进行分析发现,在高压油气井测试时,选择的动力计量套压力使用范围过小,易造成球阀提前锁定,无法完成正常关井操作;在低压油气井测试时,受选择性测试阀凸耳芯轴摩阻的影响,以及充氮压力计算不准确等问题,操作时易使球阀关闭不严。提出了选择性测试阀在保养调试过程中的注意事项,以及出现问题的解决措施和建议,对提高选择性测试阀在特殊井况的油气井测试作业成功率,具有指导意义。During the test of high-pressure oil and gas wells,the ball valve of selective test valve(STV)cannot normally be locked,while in the test of low-pressure oil and gas wells,the ball valve is often not closed tightly.Based on the structure of the selective test valve and the working principle of normal opening and locking operation,combining with the application examples of the STV in low-pressure and high-pressure oil and gas wells,it is found that the pressure range of the selected power metering sleeve is too small in high pressure oil and gas wells testing.It is easy to cause the ball valve to lock in advance and the STV cannot complete the normal shut in operation.However,in low-pressure oil and gas well testing,due to the influence of the friction of the lug mandrel of the STV and the inaccurate calculation of the nitrogen charging pressure,it is easy to make the ball valve close loosely during operation.This paper puts forward the matters that should be paid attention to in the process of maintenance and commissioning of STV,as well as the measures and suggestions to solve the problems,which has guiding significance for improving the success rate of STV in oil and gas well testing operation under special well conditions..
