摘  要:河坝嘉二气藏直井酸压后测试产量低,采用水平井开发,但长水平段有效分段难、测试周期长、改造效果差。以元坝等深层海相碳酸岩暂堵分流酸化实践为基础,采用机械分段与化学分段相结合的方法,使用多级滑套分别对裂缝性气层、漏失层等缝洞体位置实施大分段,暂堵分流进行段内细分段,以实现优势储集体的针对性改造,以及整个长裸眼水平段的差异化布酸;采用衬管完井,配套研制高强度耐酸可溶球,保证高压分段改造施工及压后排液通畅;配套井控安全技术,保证管柱安全下入,快速建产。衬管完井及分流酸化技术在川东北地区多井次应用,其中HJ201H井采用2只滑套分3大段5小段、HJ202H井采用4只滑套分5大段7大段进行滑套分流及暂堵酸化改造。单井改造施工时,各段压力参数差异明显,滑套工具分流效果显著。改造后分别获得无阻流量212.2×104 m3/d、227.5×104 m3/d。该技术分段效果明显,能实现长水平段整体布酸,对类似气藏低成本建井具有借鉴意义。The test production of vertical wells in Heba JIA-2 gas reservoir is low after acid fracturing,so the horizontal wells are used for development.However,it is difficult to effectively segment the long horizontal section,the test cycle is long,and the fracturing effect is poor.Based on the practice of temporary plugging and distributary acidizing of deep marine carbonate rocks such as Yuanba,the method of combining mechanical segmentation and chemical segmentation is adopted.In this mothed,the multi-stage sliding sleeves are used to implement the positions of fractured gas layers and leakage layers and the temporary plugging and diversion acidizing is used to subdivide the sections within the section,which can achieve the targeted transformation of the advantageous reservoirs and the differentiated acid distribution of the entire long open-hole horizontal section.At the same time,liner completion is adopted,and high-strength acid resistant soluble ball is developed to ensure the smooth of high-pressure subsection reconstruction construction and flow after fracturing.Well control safety technology is matched to ensure the safe running of string,so as to achieve the purpose of rapid production.Liner completion and distributary acidizing technology has been applied in many wells in Northeast Sichuan.Well HJ201H adopts two sliding sleeves to divide into three large sections and five small sections,and Well HJ202H adopts four sliding sleeves to divide into five large sections and seven sections for casing diversion and temporary plugging acidizing.During the fracturing of single well,the pressure parameters of each section are obviously different,and the diverting effect of sliding sleeve tool is remarkable.After the fracturing,the open flow rate is 212.2×104 m3/d and 227.5×104 m3/d respectively.This technology has obvious segmentation effect and can realize the whole acid distribution in long horizontal section,which has reference significance for low-cost well construction in similar gas reservoirs.
