摘　　要：通过对农业的关联分析和构建APL模型研究福建省农业产业链的变迁发现:福建省农业受福建省经济发展的拉动作用明显大于农业对福建省经济发展的推动作用;农业位于产业链较前端的位置,间接利用第二产业中采矿业、化学产品等上游产业的产品,同时为食品和烟草业、木材纸制品工业、纺织业等第二产业及住宿和餐饮业、交通运输、仓储和邮政业等第三产业的发展提供中间消耗的产品和服务;农业与其他产业的融合发展逐渐增强,特色农业的发展初见成效;福建省农业产业链越来越复杂,产业链上的各部门之间联系越来越密切,但农业与第三产业的发展联系很小,需要进一步探索农业与其他产业融合的模式,大力发展生态农业、康养农业,发展乡村新型服务业。同时需要提升农业从业人员素质,增强农产品增值环节,借助互联网进行农产品的推广宣传。The transition of Fujian’s agricultural industry chain is studied by analyzing the agricultural industry and establishing APL model based on the Fujian’s Input-Output Tables of 2007,2012 and 2017.The research shows that Fujian’s agricultural industry is a critical part of economic infrastructure in Fujian’s economic system all the time,and the pulling effect of agriculture on Fujian’s economy is far greater than that of pushing effect of agriculture on the economy.Located in the front of the industrial chain,agriculture indirectly utilizes the products of the upstream industries such as mining and chemical products in the secondary industry,meanwhile provides intermediate consuming products and services for the development of the secondary industries such as food and tobacco,wood and paper products,textiles and the tertiary industries such as accommodation and catering,transportation,warehousing and postal services.The integration and development of agriculture and other industries are gradually enhanced and the development of characteristic agriculture has got preliminary achievement.Fujian’s agricultural industry chain is becoming more and more complex,and the links between various departments in the industrial chain are more and more close,but there is little connection between agriculture and tertiary,so it is necessary to explore the way of integration of agriculture and other industries.We will vigorously develop ecological agriculture and healthy agriculture,and other new rural service industries.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the quality of agricultural employee,enhance the value-added links of agricultural products,and promote and publicize agricultural products with the help of the Internet.
