认知行为干预方案在非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者恐惧疾病进展中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨认知行为干预方案在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者恐惧疾病进展中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月1日~2019年2月1日收治的306例NHL患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各153例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采用认知行为干预;比较两组干预前后身体状态[采用卡式功能状态评分标准(KPS)]、心理功能[采用恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)]、希望水平[采用Herth希望指数量表(HHI)]及生活质量[采用淋巴瘤患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-Lym)]。结果:干预后,观察组KPS、FoP-Q-SF评分均高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预后,两组HHI、FACT-Lym评分均优于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对NHL患者采取认知行为干预方案,有效增强患者身体状态,提升希望水平与心理功能,从而提升患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention in disease fear progression in patients with non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma(NHL).Methods:A total of 306 NHL patients admitted from February 1,2018 to February 1,2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method with 153 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Performance status[karnofsky performance status(KPS)],psychological function[fear of progression-questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF)],hope level[herth hope index(HHI)]and quality of life[functional assessment of cancer therapy-Lym(FACT-Lym)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,KPS and FoP-Q-SF scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After intervention,HHI and FACT-Lym scores of both groups were better than those before intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The cognitive behavior intervention program for NHL patients can effectively enhance the patients′physical status,improve the level of hope and psychological function,and thus promote the patients′quality of life.
