摘　　要：目的探索英国硬膜外自控镇痛管理模式与制度对我国相关管理工作的启示。方法分析英国硬膜外自控镇痛管理人员的构成与职责及镇痛管理相关流程与制度,探讨完善我国相关管理模式的方法与途径。结果与结论英国硬膜外自控镇痛的管理模式与制度对我国相关管理工作给予较大启示,我国应借鉴其中的精髓,不断完善我国的相关制度与流程。OBJECTIVE To explore the management models and institutions of patient controlled epidural analgesia in British and its inspiration to related management work in China. METHODS The composition and responsibilities of patient controlled epidural analgesia in British and its related procedures and systems were analyzed, the similarities and differences about it between British and China was compared and to seek ways and means to improve our management model. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The management model and system of patient controlled epidural analgesia in British has given great inspiration to China′s related management work. China should learn from its essence and continuously improve our related systems and processes.
