能源话语与美国国内政治博弈——基于话语—历史分析法的特朗普能源话语策略分析  

The Interplay between Energy Discourse and American Domestic Politics:An Analysis of Trump’s American First Energy Discourse Strategy based on Discourse-Historical Analysis

摘　　要：基于话语—历史分析法,选取特朗普有关能源事态及政策的8篇演讲,自建包含36627个词语的语料库,分析特朗普有关能源话语的话语策略,从话语视角揭示特朗普政府能源政策改革的原因和影响,探寻能源话语在美国国内政治博弈中的作用。特朗普能源话语是以提高“能源生产”为手段,以实现“能源主导”为目标,借助论辩策略、述谓策略、强化和弱化策略,强调能源产业对美国经济和就业的提振作用,否定民主党及自由派强调的“气候变化”等相关议题的合理性,规避民众对环境问题的质疑,以能源话语强化其“美国优先”政策,提升支持率。Based on discourse historical approach(DHA),this paper selects eight speeches of Donald Trump on energy affairs and policies and sets up a corpus containing 36627 words to analyze Trump’s discursive strategy on energy,revealing the reasons of Trump’s energy policy and its impact on American politics.The research shows that Trump’s energy discourse aims at arguing for improving energy production to achieve the goal of"energy dominance".Trump employs the strategy of argumentation,predication,intensification and mitigation to emphasize the importance of energy industry in promoting American economy and employment,denying the rationality of Democratic Party and Liberals on emphasizing"climate change".Meanwhile,Trump’s energy discourse is used to strengthen his"America First"policies,boosting support rate and avoid American people’s query on environmental issues.
