摘　　要：稀土元素是生命系统的非必需元素,广泛积累于人毛发、血液、骨骼、脑和肝脏中。近年来,越来越多的证据表明稀土元素与多种疾病的患病风险、诊断、预防和治疗密切相关,包括癌症和心脑血管疾病。心脑血管疾病是危害人类生命健康的主要疾病类型之一。本文综述了稀土元素镧(La)和铈(Ce)在心脑血管疾病防治中的作用,为其用于心脑血管疾病防治的药物研究和诊疗新技术的开发提供指导。Rare earth element is an non-essential element of the living system,which is widely accumulated in the human hair,blood,bone,brain and liver.In recent years,there has been increasing evidence that rare earth element are closely related to the risk,diagnosis,prevention and treatment of many diseases,including cancer and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are one of the major harm to human life and health.In this paper,the role of lanthanum and cerium in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was summarized to provide guidance for the drug research and new technology development.
