基于多元统计分析的产地制何首乌品质评价研究

摘　　要：目的采用多元统计分析方法比较四川5个产地制何首乌的质量。方法高效液相色谱法同时测定四川5个产地制何首乌中二苯乙烯苷、游离蒽醌(以大黄素和大黄素甲醚的总量计)含量,并按《中国药典》2015年版收载的方法进行灰分和醇浸出物的测定。采用多元统计主成分分析(PCA)法和TOPSIS评价模型对数据进行处理分析,综合评价四川5个产地制首乌质量。结果四川5个产地制何首乌质量主成分分析排名:西昌(1.8045)>金堂(0.1841)>遂宁(-0.07404)>雅安(-0.3409)>乐山(-1.5736);TOPSIS分析排名:西昌(0.7261)>金堂(0.5722)>乐山(0.3343)>遂宁(0.2948)>雅安(0.1503)。结论不同地区制何首乌质量有差异,其中攀西地区(西昌)的制何首乌质量相对较好。Objective To compare the quality of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata from 5 places in Sichuan with multivariate statistical analysis.Methods The content of stilbene glycosides and free anthraquinone(based on the total amount of emodin and emodin methyl ether)in Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata in Sichuan were determined by HPLC simultaneously,and the ash content and extract were determined according to the method decribed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition).The method principal component analysis and TOPSIS evaluation model were used to analyze the quality of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata in Sichuan.Results The ranking of the principal component analysis of the quality of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata in Sichuan was Xichang(1.8045)>Jintang(0.1841)>Suining(-0.07404)>Ya’an(-0.3409)>Leshan(-1.5736),The TOPSIS analysis ranking was Xichang(0.7261)>Jintang(0.5722)>Leshan(0.3343)>Suining(0.2948)>Ya’an(0.1503).Conclusion There are differences in the quality of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata from various regions,and the medication from Panxi area(Xichang)has relatively better quality among those of the five areas in Sichuan.
