摘 要:利用Hamilton能量变分原理对圆柱定子直线超声波电机定子进行建模。根据电机定子的振动模态,推导出电机定子的机电能量系统,并通过对能量的变分,导出电机定子的运动方程,建立圆柱定子直线超声波电机定子机电能量转换模型。利用Matlab/Simulink仿真模块对机电能量转换模型进行求解,分析振幅和驱动频率的关系以及启动过程中定子振幅从零升至稳定值的变化过程。最后通过实验对样机进行验证分析。建立的机电能量转换模型较为精确地给出电机定子的机电耦合特性,对电机设计以及电机控制有一定的指导意义。The simulation model of the stator of cylindrical stator linear ultrasonic motor is established by Hamilton energy variation principle.Electromechanical energy system of the stator is deduced according to the vibration mode of the motor stator.The kinetic equation of the stator is obtained by the variation of energy.The stator’s electromechanical energy transmission model of cylindrical stator linear ultrasonic motor is established.Matlab/Simulink module is used to solve the electromechanical energy conversion model.The relationship between amplitude and drive frequency and the change process of stator amplitude from zero to stable value during start-up are analyzed.The prototype is verified and analyzed by experiments.The electromechanical energy conversion model established in this paper gives the electromechanical coupling characteristics of the motor stator quite accurately,which is of benefit to guide the design and control of the motor.
