摘  要:为解决车床设计中进给系统伺服电机选型存在惯量扭矩匹配的问题,文章通过新型全机能数控车床设计实例阐述了通用型选型方法,并且给出了计算公式,详细列举了惯量匹配、扭矩匹配的计算过程,同时分析了匹配过程中注意的问题。经装配调试、切削实验符合设计目标,该方法对产品初期选型、理论设计具有指导意义。To solve the problem of inertia and its required torque in the selection of servo-driven motors in feed drive system during the engineering of lathes,This paper illustrates how to size a servo motor,by using an example of designing a new multi-function numerically controlled lathe,and gives calculation formulas and demonstrates detailed calculation process of inertia and its matching torque,meanwhile analyze the issues that must be considered during the sizing process.This method has been proved to provide directions for the initial selection and theoretical plotting and achieved its goal after installation and commissioning.
