摘 要:许多钢渣粉磨工艺系统在遇到前处理阶段熔融态钢渣的热泼工艺(或水淬工艺)等预处理方式变化、干基产量变化、矿量波动系数变化、物料易磨性指数变化、来料水分变化等的情况下,经常会遇到研磨设备功率不匹配、产品粒度不达标、单产电耗不达标和粉磨工艺系统不稳定的情况。本文分别对山西某公司年产30万t钢渣“辊压机+球磨机”微粉生产线和福建某公司年产30万t钢渣立磨微粉生产线进行了现场调研,并对粉磨设备的单产电耗、产品粒度分布曲线和产品颗粒形状等进行了对比分析。In many steel slags grinding process systems,changes in pretreatment methods of molten steel slag's heat pouring process(or water quenching process),dry base yield,ore quantity fluctuation coefficient,material wearability index and incoming material moisture,etc.were encountered in pretreatment stage.There were some problems,for example,grinding equipment power does not match,product particle size is not up to standard,yield per unit power consumption was not up to standard and grinding process system was unstable situation.In this paper,the production line of steel slag"roller mill+ball mill"with an annual output of 300000 t from a company in Shanxi and the vertical mill with an annual output of 300000 t from a company in Fujian were investigated on the spot,and the power consumption per unit of the grinding equipment,the distribution curve of product particle size and the shape of product particles were compared and analyzed.
