摘 要:搭建气体轴承支撑的微型燃气轮机发电机试验装置,试验呈现微型燃气轮机发电机气体轴承-转子系统升速过程典型区域振动特征,并基于试验数据关联分析振动参数与燃气轮机运行参数、气体轴承的关键参数之间的耦合关系,结果表明:①压气机出口压力波动对转子轴向振动影响较大;②微型燃气轮机转子径向振动受点火压力波动、主燃料燃烧压力波动以及压气机出口处压力波动影响较小;③气体轴承支撑的微型燃气轮机轴系在设计与调试时,尤其是对于设计转速在转子弯曲临界转速以上的轴系,应充分考虑支点位置、振型及轴系的刚度与阻尼匹配设计。以上试验现象与结论可作为微型燃气轮机轴系设计与故障诊断分析的依据。The test bench of a micro gas turbine generator supported by gas bearing was built.The typical vibration characteristics of the gas bearing-rotor system during the acceleration process of the micro gas turbine generator were shown by experiments.Based on the experimental data,correlation analysis of the coupling relationship between the vibration parameters and the gas turbine operating parameters and the key parameters of the gas bearing,were carried out.The results show that:①Compressor outlet pressure fluctuation has great influence on rotor axial vibration;②Micro gas turbine rotor radial vibration is less affected by ignition pressure fluctuation,main fuel combustion pressure fluctuation and pressure fluctuation at compressor outlet;③When designing and commissioning micro gas turbine shaft systems supported by a gas bearing,especially for the shafting system whose design speed is above the critical speed of the rotor bending,the fulcrum position,vibration mode and the stiffness and damping matching design of the shafting should be fully considered.The above experimental phenomena and conclusions can be used as the basis for the design and fault diagnosis analysis of micro gas turbine shaft systems.
