甲状腺肿瘤外科手术方式及疗效观察研究

摘　　要：目的研究甲状腺肿瘤中外科手术方式的应用价值。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月该院接诊的甲状腺肿瘤患者76例为研究对象,用奇偶数字分组法划分成试验、对照组。试验组采取外科手术疗法,对照组实行保守治疗。对比复发率等指标。结果试验组总有效率97.37%,比对照组76.32%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.694,P<0.05)。试验组住院时间(7.69±0.97)d,比对照组(16.96±1.85)d短,差异有统计学意义(t=6.953,P<0.05)。试验组出院时SF-36评分(87.65±4.93)分,优于对照组(80.17±4.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.334,P<0.05)。随访3个月,试验组疾病复发率2.63%,比对照组21.05%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.447,P<0.05)。结论于甲状腺肿瘤中运用外科手术疗法,疾病复发率低,疗效确切,且利于患者生活质量的改善,及病情的康复,建议推广。Objective To study the application value of surgical methods in thyroid tumors.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,76 patients with thyroid tumors received in the hospital were selected and divided into experimental and control group by the parity number grouping method.The experimental group received surgical treatment,and the control group received conservative treatment.Compare indicators such as recurrence rate.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.37%,which was higher than 76.32% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.694,P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was(7.69±0.97)d,which was shorter than that of the control group(16.96±1.85)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.953,P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the experimental group was(87.65±4.93)points at discharge,which was better than the control group(80.17±4.02)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.334,P<0.05).After 3 months of follow up,the disease recurrence rate of the experimental group was 2.63%,which was lower than 21.05% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.447,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of surgical treatment in thyroid tumors has a low recurrence rate,a definite effect,and is beneficial to the improvement of the patient's quality of life and the rehabilitation of the disease.It is recommended to promote it.
