心脏超声在慢性心衰诊断及心脏功能评价中的价值

摘　　要：目的分析心脏超声在慢性心衰诊断及心脏功能评价中的诊断效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年8月期间该院确诊的100例慢性心衰患者作为观察组,同期纳入100名接受健康体检者作为对照组,所有研究对象均接受心脏超声检查,比较两组心脏功能。结果观察组LVEDD(56.01±6.98)mm高于对照组LVEDD(45.97±5.59)mm,LVEF(38.11±7.57)%低于对照组(69.03±8.46)%,差异有统计学意义(t=11.230、27.240,P<0.05)。对比观察组心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者心脏超声检查结果,可见左室射血分数逐渐降低,左心室舒张末期内径逐渐升高。结论对于慢性心衰患者,采用心脏超声诊断具有明显临床价值,患者接受度高,值得在基层医院推广与应用,具有显著临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of cardiac ultrasound in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure and cardiac function evaluation.Methods Selected 100 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed in the hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 as the observation group.In the same period,100 people who received health examination were included as the control group.All subjects underwent cardiac ultrasound examination.Compared the cardiac function of the two groups.Results The LVEDD(56.01±6.98)mm of the observation group was higher than the LVEDD(45.97±5.59)mm of the control group,and the LVEF(38.11±7.57)% was lower than the control group(69.03±8.46)%.The difference was statistically significnat(t=11.230,27.240,P<0.05).Compared the results of echocardiographic examinations of patients with cardiac function in the observation group in grades Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ,it can be seen that the left ventricular ejection fraction gradually decreases,and the left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter gradually increase.Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure,the use of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis has obvious clinical value,and the patient's acceptance is high.It is worthy of promotion and application in primary hospitals and has significant clinical application value.
