儿童过敏性紫癜采用甲氰咪胍治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对过敏性紫癜患儿予以甲氰咪胍治疗的效果。方法在2017年9月—2019年9月来该院就诊的过敏性紫癜患儿中选取52例,依照计算机表法分组,各26例。对参照组过敏性紫癜患儿予以赛庚啶和维生素C治疗,对实验组过敏性紫癜患儿予以甲氰咪胍治疗。探讨两组过敏性紫癜患儿的临床效果、IgG水平、IgM水平、临床症状改善时间以及治疗时间。结果实验组过敏性紫癜患儿的临床效果为96.15%(25/26)明显高于参照组过敏性紫癜患儿的临床效果为69.23%(18/26),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.584,P<0.05);实验组过敏性紫癜儿童的IgG水平高于参照组、IgM水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组过敏性紫癜患儿的临床症状改善时间以及治疗时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对过敏性紫癜患儿予以甲氰咪胍治疗,临床指标处于正常范围内,临床症状在短时间改善。Objective To investigate the effect of cimetidine treatment on children with allergic purpura.Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,52 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura were selected and grouped according to computer table method,26 cases in each group.Cyproheptadine and vitamin C were given to children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura in the reference group,and cimetidine was given to children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura in the experimental group.To investigate the clinical effect,IgG level,IgM level,improvement time and treatment time of the two groups of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Results The clinical effect of 96.15%(25/26)in experimental group was significantly higher than that of 69.23%(18/26),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.584,P<0.05);in reference group,the IgG level in experimental group was higher than that in reference group and the IgM level was lower than that in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms improvement time and treatment time of children with Henoch-schonlein purpura in the experimental group were shorter than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura treated with cimetidine,the clinical indicators were within the normal range,and the clinical symptoms improved in a short time.
