中药逆转乳腺癌耐药的研究现状探讨

摘　　要：近年来,随着人们生活与工作压力的增大,乳腺癌的发病率呈不断递增的趋势,因此,对于乳腺癌的治疗也提出了更高的要求。研究表明,导致乳腺癌化疗失败的主要因素可分为两类,一是耐药基因表达异常;二是药物作用靶点下调,因此,乳腺癌耐药逆转剂的研究已成为了国内外共同关注的焦点问题。传统的化学治疗药剂虽然具备一定的治疗成效,但其靶点单一、不良反应较大,不能被临床广泛的应用与推广,而中药具备安全性高、靶点多等优势,更适用于中药逆转乳腺癌耐药的治疗当中。基于此,该文对中药逆转乳腺癌耐药的研究现状进行了综合性的总结,分析了中药单体、中药提取物以及中药复方在逆转乳腺癌耐药中的作用,希望为该领域的研究起到一定的借鉴与参考作用。In recent years,with the increase of people’s life and work pressure,the incidence of breast cancer has been increasing.Therefore,higher requirements have been put forward for the treatment of breast cancer.Studies have shown that the main factors leading to the failure of breast cancer chemotherapy can be divided into two categories.One is the abnormal expression of drug resistance genes;the other is the down-regulation of drug targets.Therefore,the research of breast cancer drug resistance reversal agents has become a common concern at home and abroad.Although traditional chemotherapeutics have certain therapeutic effects,their targets are single and side effects are relatively large,and cannot be widely used and promoted in clinical practice.Traditional Chinese medicines have the advantages of high safety and multiple targets and are more suitable for Chinese medicine reversal.In the treatment of breast cancer resistance.Based on this,this article comprehensively summarizes the current research status of Chinese medicine in reversing breast cancer resistance,and analyzes the role of Chinese medicine monomers,Chinese medicine extracts,and Chinese medicine compounds in reversing breast cancer resistance,and hopes to contribute to the research in this field.To a certain reference and reference role.
