摘 要:以三羟甲基丙烷/乙酰胺为复配改性剂,利用溶液共混法制备了改性聚乙烯醇(PVA)薄膜,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)等测试方式表征了改性后PVA的热性能、动态力学性能、结晶性能等,同时分析了复配改性剂对PVA薄膜力学性能、透气性能的影响。结果表明:复配改性剂的加入破坏了PVA分子中氢键作用,降低了PVA薄膜的结晶规整度,当复配改性剂含量达到40%时,PVC薄膜熔点降低至173.5℃,拉伸强度下降至9.7 MPa,断裂伸长率提高至325.8%,氧气透过量提高至14.2(cm^(3)·μm)/(m^(2)·d·kPa)。改性后的PVA熔点、薄膜储能模量、剪切应力、拉伸强度和气体阻隔性下降,断裂伸长率、平整度和柔顺性提高。Use trimethylolpropane/acetamide as the compound modifier,modified polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)films were prepared by solution blending.The thermal dynamic mechanical and crystalline properties of the modified PVA were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The effects of compound modifier on mechanical properties and permeability of PVA film were also analyzed.The results show that the addition of the compound modifier destroys the hydrogen bonding in PVA molecules,reduces the crystallization regularity of PVA films.When the content of compound modifier reaches 40%,the melting point of PVA film decreases to 173.5℃.The tensile strength decreases to 9.7 MPa,the elongation at break increases to 325.8%,and the oxygen transmittance increases to 14.2(cm^(3)·μm)/(m^(2)·d·kPa).The melting point,storage modulus,shear stress,tensile strength and gas barrier property of the modified PVA is decreased,while the elongation at break,flatness and flexibility is increased.
