摘  要:通过构建PLA-增塑剂-增韧剂三元体系,固定增塑剂己二酸二乙二醇单丁醚酯(DGBEA)的质量比为8%,增韧剂甲基乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(PTW)的质量比从0~12%,探究其力学与光学性能、结晶热力学、撕裂面的形貌和降解性能。结果表明:随着PTW含量的增加,复合材料的柔韧性和拉伸强度逐渐增强。断裂伸长率提高至289.9%(MD)和285.4%(TD),弹性模量由1720 MPa(MD)和1728 MPa(TD)变为1201 MPa(MD)和1200 MPa(TD),撕裂强度增至129.9 kN/m(MD)和127.3 kN/m(TD),光学透射率和雾度值分别变为72.2%和22.8%。DSC测试表明,DGBEA的塑化作用与PTW的成核作用显著,促进了PLA的结晶,聚合物热稳定性能良好。撕裂面形貌出现明显的带状,表面越来越粗糙,由脆性形变逐渐转变为韧性形变。蛋白酶K的生物可降解性实验证明,复合薄膜的质量损失是纯PLA薄膜的90%左右,对薄膜的生物可降解性能影响较小。Through the construction of PLA plasticizer toughener ternary system,the mass ratio of plasticizer DGBEA was fixed to 8%,and the mass ratio of toughener PTW was 0%~12%.The mechanical and optical properties,crystallization thermodynamics,fracture morphology and degradation performance of PLA-toughener-plasticizer were investigated.The results show that with the increase of PTW content,the flexibility and tensile strength of the composites increase gradually,the elongation at break increases to 289.9%(MD)and 285.4%(TD),the elastic modulus changes from 1720 MPa(MD)and 1728 MPa(TD)to 1201 MPa(MD)and 1200 MPa(TD),and the tear strength increases to 129.9 kN/m(MD)and 127.3 kN/m(TD).The plasticizing effect of DGBEA and the nucleation of PTW is significant,which promot the crystallization of PLA.The polymer has good thermal stability.The SEM observation show that the fracture surface morphology appears obvious banding,and the surface becomes more and more rough,and the brittle deformation gradually changes into ductile deformation.The biodegradability experiment of protease K show that the mass loss of the composite films is about 90%of that of pure PLA film,which has little effect on the biodegradability of the film.
