摘 要:采用熔融挤出法制备软质塑化聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料,并与发泡母粒共混后,通过具有微发泡功能的注射机进行二次开模制备发泡软质塑化PVC材料。考察了不同发泡母粒含量与开模距离对发泡PVC材料物理性能的影响。结果表明:微开模发泡,可以制备泡孔均匀的低密度发泡软质PVC材料。调整发泡母粒含量,可以在不同开模距离下获得最优发泡效果。发泡后软质PVC拉伸强度和弯曲强度明显降低,冲击强度随开模距离的增加先升高后降低,且通常在最佳开模距离下冲击强度最高。不同发泡母粒含量下最适开模距离不同。The soft plasticized polyvinyl chloride(PVC)material was prepared by the melt extrusion method and blended with the foaming masterbatch,and then the micro-foaming injection molding machine was used for twice mold opening to prepare the foamed soft plasticized PVC material.The effects of different foaming masterbatch content and the mold opening distance on the physical properties of foamed PVC materials were investigated.The results showed that microopening foaming can prepare low-density foamed soft PVC materials with uniform cells.By adjusting the foaming masterbatch content,the best foaming effect under different mold opening distances can be obtained.After foaming,the tensile strength and bending strength of soft PVC was obviously reduced.The impact strength increased first and then decreased with the increase of the mold opening distance,and the impact strength was usually the highest at the best mold opening distance.The optimum mold opening distance was different under different foaming masterbatch content.
