摘 要:以大豆油和脂肪酸甲酯为原料,甲酸为氧载体,通过环氧化反应原位合成增塑剂环氧脂肪酸甲酯。考察大豆油质量分数、过氧化氢用量、过氧化氢滴加时间、甲酸用量、反应时间和反应温度对环氧脂肪酸甲酯环氧值的影响。与传统的两步法相比,提高了环氧脂肪酸甲酯的环氧值。经对照实验获得的优选合成工艺条件为:大豆油与混合原料的质量比40%、过氧化氢用量35 g、过氧化氢滴加时间30 min、甲酸用量4 g、反应时间4 h、反应温度70℃。当作为增塑剂使用时,可以达到塑化PVC的目的、低温冲击强度和热稳定性显著改善,具有较好的增塑效果。Soybean oil and fatty acid methyl ester were used as raw materials,formic acid was used as oxygen carrier to insitu synthesize plasticizer epoxy fatty acid methyl ester by epoxidation reaction.The effects of soybean oil mass fraction,amount of hydrogen peroxide,dropping time of hydrogen peroxide,amount of formic acid,reaction time and reaction temperature on epoxy value of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester were investigated.Compared with the traditional two-step method,the epoxy value of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester was increased.The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:the mass ratio of soybean oil to mixed raw materials was 40%,the amount of hydrogen peroxide was 35 g,the dropping time of hydrogen peroxide was 30 min,the amount of formic acid was 4 g,the reaction time was 4 h,and the reaction temperature was 70℃.When used as a plasticizer,the low temperature impact strength and thermal stability of PVC can be significantly improved,which has a good plasticizing effect.
