摘 要:为掌握广西二代杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)种子园不同无性系种子的品质特征及遗传变异,筛选优良种质,对种子园28个无性系的球果总重、种子重、出籽率、种子千粒重、优良度、发芽率和发芽势7项指标进行分析。结果表明,28个无性系的球果总重、种子重、出籽率、种子千粒重、优良度、发芽率和发芽势均值分别为1.71 kg、0.16 kg、9.47%、7.525 g、71.57%、36.66%和11.06%;不同无性系各质量指标均存在极显著遗传差异;种子千粒重与发芽率和发芽势呈极显著正相关,与种子重和出籽率呈显著正相关;出籽率与种子重呈极显著正相关;发芽率与其他6个指标均不存在单一的正相关性。根据综合评定,筛选出10个表现优良的无性系,可作为优良的种质资源材料。In order to master seed quality characteristics and genetic differences of different clones in the second generation seed orchard of Cunninghamia lanceolata and screen out excellent germplasm materials,seven indexes such as cone weight,seed weight,seed yield,seed thousand-grain weight,excellent degree,germination rate and germination energy of 28 clones were studied and analyzed.Results showed that means of cone weight,seed weight,seed yield,seed thousand-grain weight,excellent degree,germination rate and germination energy were 1.71 kg、0.16 kg,9.47%,7.525 g,71.57%,36.66%and 11.06%,respectively.There were extremely significant genetic differences among different clones.Seed thousand-grain weight had significant positive correlation with germination rate and germination energy,and had significant positive correlation with seed yield and seed weight.Seed yield had significant positive correlation with seed weight.Germination rate had no single positive correlation with other six indexes,respectively.According to comprehensive evaluation,ten clones with excellent performance were selected,which could provide excellent materials for germplasm resources.
