摘  要:树木的杂种优势是林木育种学研究的重要内容,白蜡属(Fraxinus)植物为雌雄异株,通过风媒传粉,极易天然授粉杂交,后代表现较差,需要进行人工杂交育种。花作为被子植物的繁殖器官,有繁衍后代的作用,了解亲本花的生长发育生物学特性是进行杂交育种的基础。该文对白蜡属植物的花器官形态结构、花粉生活力及贮藏条件以及花的受精过程等的研究现状进行综述,旨在为白蜡属植物杂交育种和品种选育以及丰富其种质资源提供理论基础。Heterosis of trees is an important part of forest tree breeding research.Fraxinus plants are dioecious and wind pollinated,which are easy to be naturally pollinated and hybridized.So their offspring perform poorly.Therefore,artificial hybridization breeding is required.Flowers,as reproductive organs of angiosperms,play a role in re⁃production.Understanding the biological characteristics of growth and development of parent flowers is the basis for cross breeding.In the thesis,the research status of morphological structure of flower organs,pollen viability,storage conditions and fertilization process of Fraxinus plants were expounded,aiming to provide theoretical basis for cross breeding and variety breeding,and enrich germplasm resources of Fraxinus plants.
