摘　　要：在不断攀升的高校毕业生人数和日益严峻的就业形势下,大学生就业安全问题逐渐凸显。作为高校学生工作的重要内容,大学生就业安全直接关系到高校的安全稳定,间接影响整个社会的和谐稳定大局。高校二级学院作为落实就业工作的最基层职责单位,保障就业安全成为做好大学生就业工作的基础工程。二级学院要将就业安全工作纳入工作日程,摆在重要位置,全员联动,融入毕业生求职创业全过程,全方位无死角做好就业安全保障工作。With the increasing number of college graduates as well as the increasingly severe employment situation,the employment security issues have gradually become prominent.As an important part of college students’management,employment security is related to the security and stability of colleges and universities,which will indirectly affect the overall harmony and stability of the whole society.As the responsibility unit of the employment work,the colleges within universities should ensure the safety of employment.The colleges should put the employment safety work into the work schedule and in an important position,which should be interconnected by all the staff,be involved in the whole process of graduates’job-hunting and entrepreneurship,to ensure the employment safety in an all-round way.
