摘　　要：文章探讨东莞图书馆近20年的规划实践及其经验,分析东莞图书馆“十四五”规划的情景扫描,介绍编制过程、重点内容以及如何推动实施。规划是图书馆管理的重要工具,规划编制应结合城市发展、趋势变化和创新机会,尤其要聚焦重点、注重实施。This paper analyzes the planning practice and experience of Dongguan Library in the past 20 years,focusing on the formulation,key elements and implementation.As an important administrative tool,library planning should take into account the urban development,changes in trend and innovation opportunity,especially highlighting the priorities and implementation.
