摘 要:试验旨在探究水稻秸秆中添加尿素和尿素酶对水稻秸秆营养成分及对肉牛的生长性能和营养物质表观消化率的影响。将水稻秸秆用3.0%(3E)、4.0%(4E)、5.0%(5E)和6.0%(6E)的尿素酶进行预处理7 d,均以秸秆干物质(DM)基础计算。A组肉牛饲喂3.0%尿素+3.0%尿素酶的稻草,B组肉牛饲喂用3.0%尿素+4.0%尿素酶的稻草,C组肉牛饲喂3.0%尿素+5.0%尿素酶的稻草,D组肉牛饲喂3.0%尿素+6.0%尿素酶的稻草,试验期90 d。结果显示:经复合化学处理后,水稻秸秆的粗蛋白(CP)含量升高,无氮浸出物(NFE)和粗纤维(CF)含量降低;D组西门塔尔牛末重、总增重、平均日增重、DM采食量处于最高水平,而料重比最低;D组肉牛的水稻秸秆DM、有机物(OM)、CP、CF、粗脂肪(EE)和NFE表观消化率处于最高水平。研究表明,在水稻秸秆中添加3.0%尿素+6.0%尿素酶后能显著改善水稻秸秆营养成分、提高肉牛的生长性能和营养成分表观消化率。The experiment aimed to explore the effect of adding urea and urease in rice straw on the nutritional components of rice straw,the growth performance of beef cattle and the apparent digestibility of nutrients.The rice straw was pretreated with 3.0%(3 E),4.0%(4 E),5.0%(5 E)and 6.0%(6 E)urease for 7 d,all calculated on the basis of straw dry matter(DM).Beef cattle in group A were fed 3.0%urea+3.0%urease straw,beef cattle in group B were fed 3.0%urea+4.0%urease straw,beef cattle in group C were fed 3.0%urea+5.0%urease straw,beef cattle in group D were fed 3.0%urea+6.0%urease straw for a 90-day test period.The results showed that after compound chemical treatment,the content of crude protein(CP)in rice straw increased,and the content of nitrogen-free extract(NFE)and crude fiber(CF)decreased.Daily gain,final weight,total weight gain,average daily weight gain,DM feed intake were at the highest level,while feed to weight ratio was the lowest.The apparent digestibility of the rice straw DM,OM,CP,CF,EE and NFE was at the highest level.The results suggested that adding 3.0%urea+6.0%urease to rice straw could significantly improve the nutritional content of rice straw,increase the growth performance of beef cattle and the apparent digestibility of nutrients.
