摘 要:试验旨在研究酵母硒对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及蛋硒含量的影响。试验选用280日龄体况良好、产蛋率接近的海兰褐蛋鸡360只,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.1、0.2、0.3和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒。结果表明,基础饲粮添加0.3和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒显著提高产蛋率和平均蛋质量(P<0.05),显著降低料蛋比和破蛋率(P<0.05)。添加0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4 mg/kg酵母硒显著提高蛋壳强度、蛋白高度和哈夫单位(P<0.05),添加0.2、0.3、0.4 mg/kg酵母硒显著提高蛋黄颜色(P<0.05)。随着试验天数增加,对照组蛋硒含量显著降低(P<0.05),酵母硒组蛋硒含量显著增加(P<0.05)。研究表明,基础饲粮中添加0.3和0.4 mg/kg酵母硒效果最佳,显著提高产蛋率、蛋质量、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度和哈夫单位;降低料蛋比和破蛋率。The experiment was to study the effect of yeast selenium on the performance of laying hens,egg quality and egg selenium content.360 Hy-line brown layers with good body condition and close laying rate were selected and randomly divided into five groups with six replicates in each group and 12 hens in each replicate.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was fed with 0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4 mg/kg yeast selenium in the basal diet.The results showed that the addition of 0.3 and 0.4 mg/kg yeast selenium to the basal diet significantly increased the egg production rate and egg quality(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the feed-to-egg ratio and egg breakage(P<0.05).Adding 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4 mg/kg yeast selenium can significantly improve eggshell strength,protein height and Hastelloy unit(P<0.05),adding 0.2,0.3,0.4 mg/kg yeast selenium can significantly improve egg yolk color(P<0.05).As the number of test days increased,the egg selenium content in control group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the egg selenium content in the yeast selenium group increased significantly(P<0.05).The study indicated that:adding 0.3 and 0.4 mg/kg yeast selenium to the basic diet has the best effect,significantly improving the egg production rate,egg quality,eggshell strength,protein height and Hastelloy unit;reducing the feed-to-egg ratio and egg breaking rate.
