摘　　要：植物挥发油是一种天然植物提取物,具有抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化和促生长等功效,且具有绿色无污染等优势,因此可作为潜在的饲用抗生素代替品应用于动物饲粮中。文章对植物挥发油的生物活性及其在动物生产中的应用方面进行综述,为生产实践提供参考。Plant essential oil is a natural plant extract,which has anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,and growth-prompting effects.The article reviews the biological activity of essential oils and their application in animal production,and aims to provide a basis for the application of essential oils in plants.
