摘　　要：不同微生物之间相互作用不同。根据微生物间特点,结合底物进行微生物菌种混合发酵。单菌株不能解决或效果不显著的难题可以依靠多菌株来完成。文章对微生物混合发酵在饲料和动物营养等方面的应用进行综述,以期为微生物混合发酵更好的应用于动物生产提供参考。The interactions among different microorganisms are different.According to the characteristics of microorganisms and substrates,mixed fermentation was carried out.The problem that single strain cannot solve or the effect is not significant can be accomplished on multiple strains.The paper reviews the application of microbial mixed fermentation in fodder and animal nutrition,in order to provide a reference for the better application of microbial mixed fermentation in animal production.
