摘 要:为了使产品更好地满足企业的生产需求,减少企业在产品设计、制造等过程中出现的风险,对基于制造成熟度的产品设计方案评价进行研究。介绍了制造成熟度评价指标,提出了基于层次分析法的制造要素评价算法、基于模糊集的制造成熟度表示方法、基于逼近理想解排序的制造成熟度评价方法,进而得到基于制造成熟度的产品设计方案综合评价模型。以某新能源汽车企业生产的电子水泵为例,基于制造成熟度对产品设计方案进行了评价,确认了评价方法的可行性。In order to make the product meeting the production needs of the enterprise in a better way and reduce the enterprise’s risks that appear in the process of product design and manufacturing,the evaluation of the product design scheme based on manufacturing maturity was studied.The evaluating indicator of manufacturing maturity was introduced,the evaluation algorithm of manufacturing factors based on analytic hierarchy process,the representation method of manufacturing maturity based on fuzzy set and the evaluation method of manufacturing maturity based on approximate ideal solution sorting were put forward,and then the comprehensive evaluation model for the product design scheme based on manufacturing maturity were obtained.Taking the electronic water pump produced by a new energy automobile company as an example,the product design scheme was evaluated based on the manufacturing maturity,and the feasibility of the evaluation method was confirmed.
