摘 要:针对目前存在的铁路更换道岔部件需要耗费大量人力物力且效率低下的问题,设计一款新型伸缩式门型吊。这一门型吊由回转机构、立柱、伸缩臂机构、葫芦跑道机构、吊具组件、伸缩支腿等部件组成,可以在非工作状态下放置于铁路平车上运输,不超出铁路标准限界。工作时,这一门型吊可以旋转至指定平面,伸出伸缩臂机构,并使伸缩支腿撑地,从而稳定完成道岔部件的吊装。通过对这一门型吊的伸缩臂机构、立柱、葫芦跑道机构进行受力分析和理论计算,确认其强度和刚度符合安全性要求。In view of the existing problems in replacing railway switch part that requires a lot of manpower and material resources with low efficiency,a new type of telescopic gantry crane was designed.This gantry crane is composed of a slewing mechanism,a column,a telescopic arm mechanism,a gourd track mechanism,a lifting tool module,and telescopic landing legs.It can be placed on a railway flat wagon for transportation in a non working state,and does not exceed the railway standard limit.When working,this gantry crane can rotate to a designated plane,extend the telescopic arm mechanism,and make the telescopic landing legs support the ground,there by completing the hoisting of the switch component in a stable way.Through force analysis and theoretical calculation of the telescopic arm mechanism,column,and gourd runway mechanism of this gantry crane,it is confirmed that its strength and rigidity meet the safety requirements.
