摘　　要：电脑一体袜机是一种全自动化针织设备,缝齿盘在电脑一体袜机织袜转移后的自动缝合中起关键作用。对WY系列电脑一体袜机缝齿盘进行了设计。对缝合原理进行了介绍,对缝齿盘中的翻转定位装置进行了设计,并给出了对目缝合过程。应用这一缝齿盘,WY系列电脑一体袜机不需要人工转移就可以直接对袜头进行自动对目缝合,进而提高生产效率。The computer integrated hosiery machine is a type of fully automated knitting equipment,and the sewing gear disc plays a key role in the automatic stitching of computer integrated hosiery machine after knitting.The sewing gear disc of WY series computer integrated hosiery machine was designed.The principle of stitching was introduced,the turnover locating device in the sewing gear disc was designed,and the stitching process was given.With the use of sewing gear disc,WY series computer integrated hosiery machine can directly sew the toe of the hosiery without manual transfer,thereby improving production efficiency.
