摘　　要：采用国产自动化金相制样设备对球墨铸铁、碳钢、白口铁、离心浇注巴氏合金等材料进行了金相制样。结果表明:采用自动程序控制的金相制样设备制备出的金相试样具有良好的质量,制备速度快,能满足企业批量制样需求,工作效率高。The metallographic samples of nodular cast iron,carbon steel,white cast iron,centrifugal casting Babbitt alloy and other materials were prepared by domestic automatic metallographic sample preparation equipment.The results show that the metallographic samples prepared by the metallographic sample preparation equipment controlled by the automatic program had good quality and rapid preparation speed.Which can met the needs of mass sample preparation of enterprises,and had high work efficiency.
