摘  要:对比了GB/T 34505-2017,GB/T228.1-2010及GB/T4909.3-2009等铜及铜产品拉伸试验标准在适用范围、试样、试验方法等方面的要求,探讨了不同因素对拉伸试验结果的影响,有利于试验人员准确解读与应用相关标准。对GB/T228.1-2010在比例试样原始标距最小长度、非比例试样的平行长度等方面提出了修改建议;对GB/T 34505-2017试样打磨要求、平行长度最大值、试样平行部分可向中心部分缩减等方面提出了修改建议;并建议不同拉伸标准对相同生产工艺和牌号的铜产品,采用相同的量化试验参数,以提高试验结果的复现性和可比性。The requirements of GB/T 34505-2017,GB/T228.1-2010 andGB/T 4909.3-2009 and other copper and copper product tensile test standards were compared in terms of scope,sample,test method and other relevant provisions.The influence of different factors on the tensile test results was discussed,which was helpful for the testers to accurately interpret and apply relevant standards.Recommendations for modification of GB/T228.1-2010 in terms of the minimum length of the original gauge length of the proportional sample and the parallel length of the non-proportional sample are proposed.Recommendations for modification of GB/T 34505-2017 in terms of sample grinding requirements,maximum parallel length,and the parallel part of the sample can be reduced to the central part are proposed.It was recommended that different tensile standards use the same quantitative test parameters for the same production process and brand of copper products,so as to improved the reproducibility and comparability of the test results.
