摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法同时测定五指毛桃中槲皮素、柚皮素、木犀草素、芹菜素、金合欢素、山柰酚6个成分的含量。方法:采用Syncronis C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水,梯度洗脱((0~10 min,55%B;10~15 min,55%B→100%B;15~20 min,100%B));检测波长320 nm;流速1.0 mL·min^-1;柱温30℃;进样量10μL。结果:将实验测得的图谱与标准物质对照,确定其6个成分,分别为槲皮素、柚皮素、木犀草素、芹菜素、金合欢素和山柰酚;6个成分分别在测定范围内(0.072~1.152μg,0.054~0.864μg,0.062~0.992μg,0.031~0.496μg,0.068~1.088μg,0.049~0.784μg)线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为98.2%~100.2%,RSD均小于3.0%;10批样品中6个成分的含量分别为0.015%~0.028%、 0.011%~0.020%、0.013%~0.031%、0.010%~0.022%、 0.017%~0.059%和0.012%~0.039%。结论:该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于五指毛桃药材6个成分的含量测定。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of six components in Ficushirta Vahl.. Methods:The HPLC assay was performed on a Syncronis C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 320 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results:Quercetin,naringenin,luteolin,apigenin,acacetin and kaempferol were identified by comparing the spectra with standard substances. The linear relationship of the six components was good within the ranges of determination(0.072-1.152 μg,0.054-0.864 μg,0.062-0.992 μg,0.031-0.496 μg,0.068-1.088 μg and 0.049-0.784 μg). The average recoveries were within 98.2% and 100.2%(RSD<3.0%). The contents of six components in ten batches of samples were 0.015%-0.028%,0.011%-0.020%,0.013%-0.031%,0.010%-0.022%,0.017%-0.059% and 0.012%-0.039%. Conclusions:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of six components in Ficushirta Vahl.
