摘　　要：汽车Cowl点处于汽车机舱与乘员舱交界位置,所处的位置决定其在汽车设计开发中的重要性,但在汽车前期的造型设计、布置设计中往往未能引起足够的重视,导致Cowl点位置设置不合理,从而引起设计方案的反复修改。文章列举了Cowl点的布置影响因素,结合车型开发经验对重点因素进行分析,对汽车开发中遇到的相关问题提出优化方向。结果表明,汽车Cowl点的位置对整车造型、性能、布置、工程化开发等诸多方面均有不同程度的影响,需要相互协调,因此在汽车设计开发前期充分考虑Cowl点的位置,能起到事半功倍的效果。The automobile cowl point is located at the junction of the engine room and the passenger compartment, which determines its importance in the automobile design and development. However, it often fails to attract enough attention in the early modeling design and layout design of the automobile, which leads to the unreasonable setting of the position of the cowl point, and the repeated modification of the design scheme. This paper firstly enumerates the influencing factors of the layout of the cowl point, analyzes the key factors combined with the experience of vehicle development, and puts forward the optimization direction for the related problems encountered in the automobile development. The results show that the location of the automobile cowl point has different degrees of influence on the vehicle shape, performance, layout, engineering development and other aspects, which should coordinate with each other. So it is very important in the automobile development It can get twice the result with half the effort by fully considering the location of cowl point in the early stage of vehicle design and development.
