涂布纸色相调整方法及其影响因素

摘　　要：通过分光光度计检测涂料色相,推导出涂料色相值与调色颜料用量间的线性关系公式,从而快速准确地调整产品色相。这一方法极大地缩短了实际生产中产品色相的调整时间和提高了调整过程的精确性,减少了因调整产品色相而造成的不合格品率;同时在调整过程中要综合考虑涂料颜料种类、配方、荧光增白剂、涂布原纸、各层涂布量分布等因素对产品色相的影响。A way to adjust the color of products quickly and accurately by testing coating color by spectrophotometer and turning out the liner formula between the amount of toning pigment and the change of coating colour is introduced.It can greatly short adjusting time and improve accuracy in actual production,it also reduce the rate of defective products caused by adjusting color.Meanwhile,it should consider overall of influence when you adjust the kind of pigment color,recipe,fluorescent brightener,the coating base paper,each layer of coating weight etc.
