关于星毛络新妇Trichonephila antipodiana和劳氏络新妇Nephila laurinae可能为同种的分子证据

摘　　要：基于新测和下载的COI序列,本文提供了劳氏络新妇Nephila laurinae(Thorell,1881)和星毛络新妇Trichonephila antipodiana(Walckenaer,1841)可能系同种的条形码证据,由于未能看到模式标本或模式产地的标本,不能做出二者是或不是同种的最终结论,但结合形态学比较结果和地理分布信息,参考命名法中的优先权原则,我们建议国内外学者在研究中国广东、广西和海南区域的上述"两种"时,选用星毛络新妇这个种名.The new molecular evidence for the synonymy of Nephila laurinae and Trichonephilaantipodiana is given in this paper,based on the newly sequenced and downloaded barcodes.Due to theunavailable type materials of both species,we cannot conclude they are the same species or not.Concernedmorphological comparison of these two species,their distributional data and priority of ICZN,we suggestTrichonephila antipodiana is firstly used for the laurinae or antipodiana species found from Guangdong.Guangxi and Hainan of China.
