摘 要:在LED驱动电源中,短寿命的电解电容影响了LED驱动器的整体寿命。基于具有开环恒流特性的CLCL谐振变换器,提出一种脉动电流驱动的两级无电解电容LED驱动电路方案,通过使LED灯以脉动电流方式工作,从而减小了瞬时输入输出脉动功率差,降低了所需母线电容容值。详细介绍了无电解电容LED驱动电路的工作原理和控制策略,给出了关键参数的设计思路。最后设计了一台50 W的原理样机,并进行了实验测试,实验结果验证了所提方案是可行的。In the LED driver power supply, the short-life electrolytic capacitor limits the overall life of the LED driver. Based on the CLCL resonant converter with open-loop constant current characteristics, this paper proposes a pulsating current-driven two-stage electrolytic capacitor free LED drive circuit. By making the LED lamp work in pulsating current mode, the instantaneous difference between input power and output power is reduced, thus reducing the required bus capacitance. The working principle and control strategy of electrolytic capacitor free LED drive circuit are introduced in detail, and the design ideas of key parameters are given. Finally, a 50 W principle prototype was designed, and experimental tests were carried out. The experimental results verify that the proposed scheme is feasible.
