摘 要:采用高温固相法合成了磷灰石结构的Ca3Tb7(BO4)(SiO4)5O荧光粉,X射线粉末衍射结果表明所合成的荧光粉为纯的磷灰石相。系统研究了其发光性质,结果表明,该荧光粉在紫外光区有系列吸收,分别对应于基质中Tb3+的4f-5d和f-f跃迁。在254 nm波长的紫外光激发下,Ca3Tb7(BO4)(SiO4)5O的发射光谱由470~750 nm之间的一系列锐峰组成,对应于Tb3+的5D4→7FJ(J=6,5,4,3,2,1)能级跃迁。测量了Ca3Tb7(BO4)(SiO4)5O荧光粉5D4能级的荧光衰减曲线,该荧光粉的寿命为0.32 ms。结果表明,Ca3Tb7(BO4)(SiO4)5O是一种适合紫外光激发的新型磷灰石结构黄绿光荧光材料。Ca3Tb7(BO4)(SiO4)5O phosphors were synthesized by high-temperature solid state method, and the X-ray diffraction pattern shows that the as-prepared Ca3Tb7(BO4)(SiO4)5O has a single phase spinel structure. The luminescence properties of the phosphor were studied systematically. The results show that the phosphor has a broad absorption region corresponding to the 4f-5d and f-f transitions of Tb3+ in the matrix. The emission spectrum of Ca3Tb7(BO4)(SiO4)5O excited at 254 nm consists of a series of sharp peaks between 470 and 750 nm originated from the 5D4→7FJ(J=6,5,4,3,2,1) transitions. The fluorescence decay curve of the 5D4 energy level of the Ca3Tb7(BO4)(SiO4)5O phosphor was measured. The lifetime of the phosphor is 0.32 ms. The results show that Ca3Tb7(BO4)(SiO4)5O is a new type of apatite structure yellow-green fluorescent material suitable for ultraviolet light excitation.
