摘 要:为对钢桥面铺装层结构性能进行研究,以国内某钢桥面桥梁为研究背景,首先通过马歇尔试验确定出铺装材料混合料的最佳油石比,并对其高温稳定性、抗压强度以及性能开展试验研究,结果表明所得混合料满足要求;在此基础上,通过对防水粘结材料的粘结强度以及防水体系的拉拔粘结强度开展试验研究,得到钢桥面铺装层结构的粘结性能研究结果,即对于钢板材料而言,其与树脂防水材料的粘结强度虽然在高温影响下有所降低,但仍然能够保持较好的粘结强度,而对于层间组合结构而言,其粘结强度相对较小,但可通过提高施工界面清洁度等方式使其得到改善。In order to study the structural performance of steel bridge deck pavement layer,taking a domestic steel deck bridge as the research background,the best asphalt aggregate ratio of pavement material mixture is determined through Marshall test,and its high temperature stability,compressive strength and performance are studied by the tests.The results show that the mixture meets the requirements;on this basis,the research result of bond performance of steel bridge deck pavement layer structure is obtained through the research on the test of the bond strengthof waterproof bonding material and pull-out bond strength of the waterproof system.That is to say,for the steel plate material,the bond strength between the steel plate material and the resin waterproof material is reduced under the influence of high temperature,but it can still maintain a good bond strength,while for the interlayer composite structure,the bond strength is relatively small,but it can be improved by improving the cleanliness of construction interface.
