摘  要:实现更高精度、更快捷、更广域的导航与位置服务是国家未来战略性发展规划内容,5G时代为导航和位置服务提供了更大的发展潜力和应用空间。构建导航与位置云服务体系框架,统筹导航定位数据、基础地理信息数据等时空资源,是实现导航与位置服务全球化的重要举措。本文在论述北斗系统全球化服务和5G技术特点的基础上,提出了基于5G的导航与位置云服务体系建设构想,设计了“网+云+端”的导航与位置全服务体系架构,剖析其关键技术和发展方向;同时,针对服务体系特点,提出了5种服务模式,实现导航与位置信息全面共享,促进导航与位置的泛在服务,不断提升时空信息的应用价值。Enabling the more accurate,faster and widely used navigation and location services is an object o£the national future strategic development plan,which will benefit from the development potential and applications of the 5G.To realize the globalization of navigation and location services,it is important to construct a navigation and location cloud service system framework,and coordinate spatial-temporal resources such as navigation location data and basic geographic information data.In this paper,the characteristics of BeiDou System globalization and 5G technology are analyzed,and the construction concept of the navigation and location cloud service system based on 5G is put forward.A service system framework featuring "network+cloud+terminal" is designed.Then the relevant key technologies and development directions are analyzed,and five service types are provided,with the aim of sharing navigation and location information,improving the ubiquitous service of navigation and location,and constandy promoting the application value of spatial-temporal information.
