摘  要:针对上海地区超大基坑止水帷幕无法及时封闭,相邻分标段施工方案差异导致降水措施无法满足工程进度,工程采用了三轴搅拌桩止水帷幕绕打未拆除厂房等建(构)筑物、管井代替坑内轻型井点、分层分区土方开挖等控制措施,满足了建设单位整个地块进度推进工作,以期为复杂条件下软土地质超大深基坑开挖的类似工程带来借鉴。In view of the fact that the water stop curtain of super large foundation pit in Shanghai cannot be closed in time,and the difference of construction schemes of adjacent bidding sections,the dewatering measures cannot meet the engineering schedule.The control measures of the water stop curtain of three-axis mixing pile to wind the un-removed workshops,buildings and structures,tubular well instead of light well point in the pit,and layered and zoned earth excavation are taken in the project,which meet the construction schedule of the whole project in order to provide reference for the excavation of the similar super large deep foundation pits in soft soil under complex conditions.
