摘  要:为研究7A04铝合金矩管压弯构件稳定性承载力、失稳模态和变形性能,通过Abaqus软件建立有限元模型,并与已有试验数据进行对比,验证了有限元模型的可行性。在此基础上,建立了7A04铝合金矩管压弯构件的有限元模型,并进行参数分析,研究长细比、偏心率和偏心方向对压弯构件稳定性承载力和失稳模态的影响。结果表明,绕弱轴偏心的压弯构件全部发生平面内失稳,绕强轴偏心的压弯构件发生平面内失稳和平面外失稳2种模态;数值计算得到的稳定承载力相关曲线与按《铝合金结构设计规范》(GB 50429—2007)公式计算的稳定承载力相关曲线对比的结果表明,公式计算值保守,不适用于7A04铝合金矩管压弯构件,需要进行改进与修正。In order to study the stability bearing capacity,buckling mode and deformation performance of 7A04 aluminum alloy moment tube bending member,a finite element model is established by Abaqus software and compared with the existing test data to verify the feasibility of the finite element model.On this basis,a finite element model of 7A04 aluminum alloy moment bending member is established.And the parameters are analyzed to study the influence of slenderness ratio,eccentricity and eccentricity direction on the stability bearing capacity and buckling mode of the members.The results show that all bending members eccentric about weak axis have in-plane instability.The bending members eccentric about weak axis have two modes of in-plane instability and out-of-plane instability.The correlation curve of stability bearing capacity obtained by numerical calculation is compared with that according to the formula computation in Code for Design of Aluminum Alloy Structure(GB50429-2007).The result shows that the calculation value of the formula is conservative and is not suitable for 7A04 aluminum alloy moment tube bending member,which need to be improved and revised.
