摘 要:油田钢质常压储罐气相区腐蚀严重,其主要原因是凝结水与O 2,CO 2和H 2S协同腐蚀作用的结果。模拟不同的气相环境对4种气相缓蚀剂进行了缓蚀性能评价,优选出在各种气相环境下缓蚀率均大于90%的气相缓蚀剂氨基乙酸,并设计了气相缓蚀剂雾化装置,通过气相缓蚀剂雾化工艺优化试验,确定了最佳喷雾质量浓度为100 mg/L,最佳喷雾时间间隔为24 h。气相缓蚀剂雾化技术在胜利油田某联合站的一台原油沉降罐上应用,现场试验结果表明:该技术应用后,沉降罐气相区试片的腐蚀速率由0.1456 mm/a降至0.0128 mm/a,缓蚀率达到91.21%,实现了储罐气相区的有效防护。Gas phase corrosion of the atmospheric steel storage tank in oil field was serious,and the main corrosive media were condensed water,O 2,CO 2 and H 2S.The performance of four kinds of volatile corrosion inhibitors was evaluated in different gas phase environments.Glycine was selected,whose corrosion inhibition rate was more than 90%in various environments;moreover,the atomizer for volatile corrosion inhibitor was designed.It was determined that the optimum spray concentration was 100 mg/L and the best spray time interval was 24 h by the atomization process test.Furthermore,atomization process of the volatile corrosion inhibitor was applied in a crude oil sedimentation tank at a combination station in Shengli Oilfield.The field test results showed that corrosion rate of the test piece in the gas phase of the sedimentation tank was reduced from 0.1456 mm/a to 0.0128 mm/a,and the corrosion inhibition rate reached 91.21%,which realized effective protection for gas phase area of the tank.
