摘 要:机制砂的级配、细度模数、石粉含量、亚甲蓝(MB)值、有害物质含量等品质指标对混凝土性能产生重要影响。文中以花岗岩机制砂为细集料,研究机制砂细度模数(2.3~3.0)、石粉含量(质量分数,下同)(3%~9%)对C50混凝土工作性和力学性能的影响及黑云母含量(1.2%~4.5%)对机制砂需水量比和砂浆强度的影响。结果表明,机制砂细度模数的降低或石粉含量的增加,可提高配制同等工作性混凝土所需减水剂掺量;当机制砂细度模数为2.8时,混凝土力学性能最佳,细度模数降至2.3时,混凝土力学性能显著降低;随着石粉含量增加,混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量增强,抗折强度在石粉含量为5%时最大。黑云母含量的增加增大了机制砂的需水量比,降低了机制砂砂浆的强度。The quality index of manufactured sand(MS),such as the particle grading,fineness modulus,stone powder content and methylene blue(MB)value as well as harmful substance content,had important impact on the performance of concrete.In this paper,granite manufactured sand(GMS)was used as fine aggregate of C50 strength grade concrete,and the influence of fineness modulus(3.0~2.3)and stone powder content(3%~9%)on the workability and mechanical properties of the concrete was studied,and the influence of biotite content on the water demand ratio of MS and the mortar strength was tested.The results showed that with the decrease of the fineness modulus or increase of stone powder,the reducing agent requirement for achieving the same workability of concrete was increased;when the fineness modulus of MS was 2.8,the mechanical properties of MS concrete were the best,but when the fineness modulus decreased to 2.3,the mechanical properties were significantly decreased;with the increase of stone powder content,the compressive strength and elastic modulus of MS concrete were improved,and the flexural strength reached the maximum when the content of stone powder is 5%.The rise of biotite content increased the water demand ratio of MS and reduced the strength of the MS mortar.
